Animecon VII was held in Helsinki, Finland last weekend, that is 10th - 12th of July, 2009.
It was so nice to see friends again, I had really been missing

,

and Tai-chan~

Seeing

was nice too, his cosplay was just as awesome as always. He forgot to photoshoot my costume though. I knew that he would, still I did not have the heart to remind him, he's a restless con-goer who barely stays still and likes to wander around, so I let it go. If I want a photoshoot, I can always have one later, I still have the costume, don't I? Doing my hair really isn't such a feat. ;3 Elffi apologised for forgetting though, via SMS he sent me at 4 AM this morning. He's lovable like that. *eyeroll*
The con was nice, though I felt old. People at cons and cosplayers too seem to get younger and younger. There were many awesome cosplays that were way cool, still I think in general the level wasn't so high. I think it's because since the phenomenon has spread and the cosplayers have got younger, there are many new-comers along, trying out. My own first cosplay wasn't all that good either. :3 They'll grow and progress as they keep on trying!
I think my own cosplay was successful~

Quite a lot of pics were taken for my costume, I mean, usually I haven't really stood out as solo but because of the group I've been in, even if my costume has been on par to the others' in the group.
I got compliments of my costume and of my scythe.
I kinda had the feeling though that not many people knew whom I was cosplaying as, but I think that's understandable since the third Bleach movie isn't even out to download yet. xD
One Arrancar Orihime recognised me though, and thanks to her I did end up in a Bleach group photoshoot. Oddly enough though I was the only Rukia in the photoshoot (Though there were several Shinigami-Rukia around)...
I was even paparazzed, so my costume must've been good then. xD Though I have a hunch that it was Hun (I named my scythe as Hun

) who was getting the attention. x3
I've asked

if she could be kind enough to photoshoot my costume, so if she agrees, I'll probably post a few pics once they're done.

I'm not sure if I ever got to as far as water, the words I came up with were very much random, and it's been years since I was making this language.
